JUNE 2009

The tin shake on 27th June raised £450.

Waitrose have now donated £340.

We are expecting to reclaim £750 in Gift Aid from last years Walk to D'feet MND and Annie's Half Marathon.

The Fund Raising Evening at Woburn Zens on 17th June 2009 raised £1700 profit. £850 of this will go to the Milton Keynes MNDA branch. Another Zens dinner is planned for June 2010.

MAY 2009

Steve Higgins organised another of his famous  Fish & Chip suppers on May 28th at Aspley Guise. Over 65 people attended and over £1000 was raised.

Katie Penrose has raised over £700 on her Belfast sponsored run in May Katie lost her brother to MND.

Other News

The 100 Club lottery has been fully subscribed to and will raise £650 for the branch. Thanks once again to all those who participated.

The branch is publishing a new Appeal Brochure for 2009/10 – this is designed to get more people involved in fund raising etc - stay tuned!
